Frequently Asked Questions
Where can my order ship from?
Depending on the product and destination, orders may be prepared or fulfilled from Canada, the United States, China, or a supplier-partner facility. Products from different locations may arrive in separate packages.
How long will my order take?
Standard catalog items normally require 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch. Shipping transit typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, although some destinations may receive orders in 3–7 business days. Made-to-order couture generally requires 3–30 days of production before shipping; bridal pieces may require about 30 days. Customs, carrier delays, material availability, and weather can extend these estimates.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is emailed after the package is dispatched. If an order ships in more than one package, separate tracking numbers may be issued.
How do returns work?
Eligible ready-to-ship items can be submitted for return approval within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order, couture, and bridal items are not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind or sizing concern. Damage, defects, or an incorrect item must be reported within 7 days of delivery. See the Return & Refund Policy for all conditions.
